So I completed my gluten elimination diet. It was rough at first, but got a bit easier. May I say that gluten free things are so expensive!
Anyway...I am now back on gluten and going through what is called a "gluten challenge". I will do this for about 10 days and then go to the doctor and demand a blood test. I am not feeling so well back on gluten and most of the symptoms had severely subsided on the elimination diet.
The constant headache is back as are many other symptoms along with a few new ones.
So....I think that I have gluten issues!

Interesting. I've noticed a lot of restaurants offering things gluten-free. Also, a couple of Sunday's ago, we visited a church that offered gluten-free bread for communion. Sounds like it's a great need. Hope this does the trick and you feel better soon!
Glad you found out what is making you feel bad...hope the doctor is able to help! Thinking of you!
Well, I guess that's good and bad. Good you kind of have an answer. Bad that answer is cutting out yummy foods. Hopefully you can find some tasty things to keep in your diet though! Let us know what your md says!
Hope you get to feeling better soon and get some results!!!
It is good that you have probably figured out what is causing problems. Some people go years feeling bad and just pile meds on top of meds never addressing the real issue. Good for you being your own advocate for your health. At least in this day & age with so many kids having problems with gluten there is a lot more out there to choose from. Good luck!
